Return & Exchange Policy

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase. If not, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our Return Portal.

Return Shipping (U.S.)

Aleeza Paris offers Checkout+ at checkout, which includes free return shipping.

  • Customers who selected Checkout+ will receive a prepaid return label through the Return Portal.
  • Customers who opted out of Checkout+ are responsible for return shipping costs. Labels must be purchased through the Return Portal.

Eligibility Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With all tags attached

Returns showing signs of wear, washing, makeup residue, stains, perfume, alterations, rips, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Sale or discounted items (21% off or more) are final sale;
    Exchange only. No returns.


Exchange Processing

Please allow 7–10 business days for exchange processing once your return is received.
Tracking details will be emailed when your exchange ships.



International Returns

International orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Exchanges are not available for international orders
