We hope that you're happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can return items within 7 days of delivery
To return or exchange, please follow the steps on the Return Portal
There is a $9.95 return label fee for US customers and we supply the return label.
- Items must be in original packaging with tags attached, unworn, and undamaged, any items returned with any sign of wear, washed, with makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Sale or Discount Code Purchases (20% off or more) Are Final Sale Exchange Only
Please allow 7-10 days for processing exchanges once we receive the items. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Items can be returned within 7 days under the same above eligibility guidelines.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
