U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 We hope that you're happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can return items within 7 days of delivery

To return or exchange, please follow the steps on the Return Portal
    Aleeza Paris offers Checkout+ to US customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

    • Items must be in original packaging with tags attached, unworn, and undamaged, any items returned with any sign of wear, washed, with makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Please allow 7-10 days for processing exchanges once we receive the items. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
