RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 We hope that you're happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied and would like to return it, we will gladly accept your item(s) for a refund within 7 days of it being delivered to you.1

The label cost will be free if you choose to receive a store credit for your purchase. If you choose the refund option, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount refunded to your original form of payment. The cost of the shipping label will be $9.95. Once you have received a return label, you have 2 business days to ship the return back to us and receive your refund. If the package is not shipped back within 2 business days of receiving the label, you will be eligible to receive a store credit for the return. 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the original packaging with tags attached, unworn, and in the same condition that they were received to be eligible for a return. Any items returned with any sign of wear, washed, with makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted. Return authorization is required.

 Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

We offer exchanges for any eligible items within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in compliance with the eligibility guidelines above. Once an exchange is requested, we hold the item for 7 days. Your exchange order will be shipped once the returned item is received and processed.

 We do not offer refunds on returned exchanges. Exchange orders can only be returned for store credit.

Please allow 7-10 days for exchanges to be processed from the date they are received. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the exchange order is shipped out.

Orders or Items purchased on sale cannot be returned and is non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for a different size or color at the sale price. Additionally, they can be exchanged for any other item on the website.

Orders or items purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned. An Additional $30 warehouse fee will be applied to such returns to cover the associated costs. Additionally, they can be exchanged for a different size or color at the sale price. or for any other item on the website.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept returns for international orders under the same eligibility guidelines. We do not provide labels for any international orders, and customers are responsible for shipping at their own cost. Please use our returns portal to initiate a return and the return address will be provided by email.

 We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
