U.S EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We hope you love everything from your order, but don’t worry we know exchange/return requests happen. If something does not fit as you would like, the items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, unscented, and still have their original packaging and tags attached - we gladly accept exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or taking returns for store credit on sale/discount items or gift cards.
**WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS FOR REFUNDS, ONLY FOR STORE CREDIT**
You have 7 days to exchange items or to request store credit upon receipt of the package. Sending items back past our 7 days policy will not be accepted and no exceptions can be made.
You can also start a request from your Order History page.
We will then send you a return label.
Please allow 5 business days from when we receive your item for the exchange/store credit to be processed. We will then send you the requested new item or issue you a Aleeza Paris Gift Card that you will be able to use to purchase any other item true the website.
Aleeza Paris maintains the right to deny an exchange/store credit request if the item does not meet the above requirements. In this case, you will be required to pay a shipping fee to have the merchandise sent back.
We are not responsible for missing packages.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the original purchase to initiate a Exchange or Return Authorization, which is required to process a exchanges/return.
If you choose to exchange/return an item, you will be responsible for any shipping and duty cost.
*Please note that the U.S Exchange/Store Credit Requirements apply to International Exchanges/Store Credit as well.
