Orders & Addresses

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?

If the address you entered is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@aleezaparis.com.

  • Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
  • Please include your order number to ensure a prompt response.

Can my order be edited after it’s been placed?

Yes, you can edit your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Just email info@aleezaparis.com with your order number, and we’ll make the changes for you. Once shipped, orders cannot be edited.


Shipping Policy

Where does Aleeza Paris ship to?

We ship worldwide! Domestic (U.S.) and international customers are both welcome to shop our collections.

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. orders: Typically arrive within 2-7 business days after processing.
  • International orders: Delivery may take 3-15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

All returns and exchanges can be made through our Return Portal.
The portal allows you to:

  • Initiate exchanges for sizing issues etc.
  • Return items that don’t meet your expectations.
  • Report and return damaged or incorrect items free of charge, this includes uploading photos for verification.

You will need your order number to access the portal and follow the step-by-step instructions.


International Customers

Are international returns accepted?

Yes, international customers can return items using our Return Portal within the 7-day window. However, return labels will not be provided, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Are there any additional costs for international orders?

International buyers may be subject to duties(fees for importing goods), which vary by country.

  • Duties are not collected by Aleeza Paris and are instead collected by the shipping carrier.
  • These charges are not included in the payment made with us, and we have no control over them.

Sizing & Restocking

My size is sold out. When will you be restocking?

We strive to restock our bestsellers and core items regularly. However, some of our items are limited releases and will not be restocked once sold out. We recommend keeping a close eye on new launches to secure your size!
