Q: What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

A: All prices are in USD.



Q: I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

A: If you have to misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at order@aleezaparis.com. We can only change the address before the order is shipped. No refund will be given after order has been shipped on incorrect submission.

 

Q: Can an exception be made if I would like to exchange past the 7 day exchange policy?

A: We always love to accommodate all of our customers but unfortunately we do have a strict 7 day policy. We do understand the frustration, but with that said, we cannot make exceptions to this policy under any circumstance. We are so appreciative of your understanding.

 

Q: What can be done about an item damaged after wear?

A: If an item is stained or torn before tags are removed please send us an email immediately. Once the tags are removed from the merchandise it is out of our hands and we are unable to assist further as we have to assume that it has been worn before. We highly recommend that you take a look at the wash instructions sewn inside each piece of clothing as this will help to prevent a great amount of damage :).

 

Q: What if I would like to purchase a different color or size as an exchange but originally used a promo code that is no longer active?

A: If you used a discount code and would like a different size or color, please email us at order@aleezaparis.com with your new order number and we will happily honor the discount.

 

Q: Can my order be edited?

A: Yes, as long as it is within the hour that you placed the order, otherwise we are unable to help or edit orders, just send an email to order@aleezaparis.com with you order number and will edit the order for you. 

 

Q: What if the item I received was damaged or incorrect?

A: We’re so sorry to hear this! Please contact order@aleezaparis.com immediately with your order number and photos of the merchandise attached.

 

Q: Why is my discount code not working?

A: This could be for a few reasons. Please make sure the discount is not expired as most are offered for only 24 hours. Discounts do not apply to sale items. Only one discount may be applied per order.

 

Q: My size is sold out. When will you be restocking?

A: We try to restock our best sellers and core items as frequently as possible. However, we do have items which will be gone for good once they sell out, so always be ready for when we launch new items to make sure you get your size! 

 

Q: I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
