SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

U.S SHIPPING
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the U.S.
Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
You will receive an email when your item(s) has shipped, which will include your tracking information. 
 
U.S EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT
We hope you love everything from your order, but don’t worry we know—exchange/store credit requests happen. If something does not fit as you would like, the items must be: unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, unscented and still have their original packaging and tags attached - we gladly accept exchanges 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or give store credit on sale/discount items or gift cards

**WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS FOR REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTION CAN BE MADE**
You have 7 days to exchange items or to request store credit upon receipt of the package. Sending items back past our 7 days policy will not be accepted and no exceptions can be made.

We will then send you a return label.
 
Please allow 5 business days from when we receive your item for the exchange/store credit to be processed. We will then send you the requested new item or issue you a Aleeza Paris Gift Card that you will be able to use to purchase any other item true the website.
Aleeza Paris maintains the right to deny an exchange/store credit request if the item does not meet the above requirements. In this case, you will be required to pay a shipping fee to have the merchandise sent back.
We are not responsible for missing packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE! We prepare your shipment according to the service that you select at checkout. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may incur taxes/customs fees which Aleeza Paris does not have control over, and is thus the responsibility of the customer. 
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email order@aleezaparis.com within 14 days of the original purchase to initiate a Exchange Authorization, which is required to process a exchanges.
If you choose to exchange an item, you will be responsible for any shipping and duty cost.
Please allow 5 business days from when we receive your item for the exchange to be processed. We will then issue you a Aleeza Paris Gift Card, less any shipping charges, that you will be able to use to purchase the correct size/item or any other purchase true the website.
*Please note that the U.S Exchange/Store Credit Requirements apply to International Exchanges/Store Credit as well.
